To make the most of your time with the doctor, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can update client and pet information. This information can also be updated online to save time at your visit. To update online just click here for the Client Information Form.
For annual wellness examination appointments, you can access and complete the Annual Questionnaire for the Dog Wellness Examination or the Annual Questionnaire for the Cat Wellness Examination online. Completing these forms prior to your appointment can help save time during the check in process.
If your pet has a medical problem that needs to be seen by a doctor before there is an available appointment time, our team will do their best to fit you in between scheduled appointments. Please understand that unscheduled visits may have a longer wait time.
If you are new to the Russell Animal Hospital and your pet has a previous medical history, please forward this information to us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Records can be faxed to, (603) 225-0556, e-mailed to email@example.com, mailed, or dropped off at the reception desk.
